If you have recently graduated, this is a good place to start your career, especially if you are in Graphic Design or Project Management. However, be cautious of the gossip, as the environment can be quite cliquey. While it was once a great workplace, recent changes have led to an overemphasis on HR control, particularly regarding Danish staff. Some colleagues tend to treat Danish staff preferentially. Additionally, DK management is unorganized and lacks accountability.
