Ex Employee
This was the worst company that I have ever applied for. I am not posting this out of anger or hate but these are actual facts that for future candidates to be aware of when they apply for this company. The CEO name Dean and the Admin/HR name Minh Tu Mia are the people that needs to be careful about. They are both unprofessional, liar, pushy and zero management. 1- This company does not protect you WHATSOEVER from their clients. What I mean is that it is understandable that when sign a contract to work for a designated client that you " must " work with them for 6 months no matter what reason. Telestar does not care if the client is a very toxic type of person, zero management, barely any training, constant swearing and very stressful to be working with , you are still require to work for 6 months no matter what. As a employee and human being, one should be able to say enough is enough, I wanted out but telestar made it VERY hard. 2-On my first pay, I only received a portion of my pay. I had to directly reach out to their so called HR or admin to which she admit it was her mistake and made the adjustment. That tells you a lot already about the company management. 3-When I quit, I was SPECIFICALLY told by the HR or admin that I would still get paid for the days that I have work for the previous month ( I still have the printscreen conversation ). What a surprise. I never got paid. I tried to call multiple times and message, both the CEO and HR either ignore or deletes my message. Go figure 4- Going back to the first point. when I tried to quit because of how toxic it was, all the CEO cared was how to save his relationship between him and the client but never care how the employee feels even once. He was very pushy and unprofessional ( I still have printscreen of the conversation. ) To whoever is applying to Telestar, I not saying not to apply but to be aware of these issues

I feel you, mate, I had an interview with them before and stopped the process right after the first round when I saw how toxic the company was. EXTREMELY uneducated people
