Generally:Good place to work and learn.Heavy workload.Pros:+ You will be the project owner of your project, so you will develop important skills quickly.+ There are so many talent and brilliant co-workers.( I learn new useful thing everyday)+ CEO, managers and supervisors are smart and energetic.+ If you are fresh graduate, you can learn a lot knowledge.+ If you are experienced, you can develop yourself everyday because of new challenges.+ Unqualified employee with toxic mindset, bad attitude and low performance usually be removed in probation period, so the working place is quite fresh and competitive.+ Managers are polite and deliver the messages clearly and right to the point.Cons:+ Tight deadline.+ You can forget to do physical exercise because of the heavy workload.+ The internet connection is not good( actually, not only the internet).
