In Inception Labs, you will work with a patient, enthusiastic mentor (Ryan). He will offer his expertise to assist you in software development, also show his great patience and a tremendous help when you lack working experiences. When you have problems or something hard to say, just say them directly to your manager(Emma). She will try her best and sincere attitude to help you overcome those difficult situations.When I worked here, I asked my manager about the software engineer criteria twice, but they didn't give me a satisfied answer.
